Fusion pulls your contacts together from the different places they live, cleans and organizes the information, helps identify your true sphere of influence, researches missing contact information, and ultimately builds a database that can become the foundation of an ongoing marketing and relationship-management system.

We pull contacts from every source you have, including your phone, social profiles, email accounts, and other available sources, and combine them into one clean, organized and deduplicated database.

You review the compiled list and determine who belongs in your true sphere of influence. Once that is complete, our team researches missing information to help fill in phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, and other useful contact information.

We hold a styles meeting to understand your preferred colors, fonts, imagery, and overall design direction. From there, we create a marketing style and brand package that can be used consistently across your direct mail, social media, advertising, presentations, and other marketing.

If your database is already in good condition, there is no reason to pay us to rebuild something that does not need rebuilding.

Yes. Special Projects are available to active FGP members on either the Core or Growth membership, because the work is produced by the same team and systems that run your membership.
Hourly work is billed at your membership rate — Core or Growth. We scope the project and give you an estimated number of hours before any work begins, and you approve that estimate first.
No. Special Projects are billed separately from your membership. Growth members can apply their included monthly service hours toward Special Project work; anything beyond that is billed at the Growth hourly rate.
Turnaround depends on the scope and the current production queue. We give you a target completion date when the project is scoped, and we tell you up front if a request needs to be scheduled further out.
Hourly projects are open-ended and billed by time. Defined Buildouts are flat-price projects with a fixed scope and deliverable — so you know the cost before work starts.
Yes. If it helps you market, communicate, or operate your business, tell us what you need. We will scope it, confirm the approach and estimated hours with you, and start once you approve.
Included monthly service hours are used within the month and do not roll over. Hours you pre-purchase for a specific Special Project stay applied to that project until the work is delivered.
