How it works

Build Your Growth System. Choose Your Pace.

FGP Agent Services helps you put the technology, systems, processes, SOPs and people behind your real estate business so the work required to generate future business gets done consistently.

You do not have to build everything at once.

You do not have to do all of the work yourself.

Start where you are. Build at the pace that makes sense for you. Let Fusion take on more as you grow.

We Help You Plan Your System Build

The first step is to plan how your system will be built to combine the right technology, database, marketing, processes, SOPs and people.

BUILD AT YOUR PACE

Start simply or build aggressively based on your goals, available time and budget.

Choose who does the work

Do more yourself, divide the work with Fusion, or let Fusion execute more for you.

The goal

Build a Business That Generates Consistent Sales and Commissions.

Most full-time real estate agents ultimately want the same thing: a business that produces consistent opportunities, sales and commissions.

But consistent results require consistent business-development activity.

The problem is that agents are also responsible for serving clients. When business gets busy, marketing, prospecting, database work and follow-up often slow down or stop.

Eventually, the opportunities slow down too.

The stop-start cycle

Inconsistent business development
Inconsistent opportunities
Inconsistent sales

The system running

Consistent business development
More consistent opportunities
More consistent sales

The solution is not another marketing idea.

The solution is building a system that keeps the right activities happening consistently.

Your growth system

The Pieces Working Together to Generate Future Business.

Technology

The tools that help organize, communicate and execute.

Database

The people you know, the relationships you build and the audiences you develop.

Your Growth System

Connected. Consistent. Built to grow.

Marketing

The messages and communications that keep you visible and relevant.

Systems & SOPs

The repeatable processes that determine what happens, when it happens and how.

People & execution

The people who actually build, schedule, manage and complete the work.

The objective is not to own more tools. The objective is to make all of the pieces work together consistently.

How it works

Build It One Step at a Time.

  1. 01

    Join & Get Oriented

Choose the Fusion membership that makes sense for where your business is today.

Then attend your Welcome Meeting so we can understand your business, your goals, what you already have in place and where you want to go.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

That is part of what we are here to help you do.

  2. 02

    Build Your Growth Plan

Next, we help determine what your business-development system should eventually look like.

Together, we develop a practical plan that answers questions such as:

Who should be in your database?
Who should you be communicating with?
What should your primary marketing message and theme be?
    Which marketing channels make sense?
    How often should you communicate?
    What should be built first?
How quickly do you want to build?
How much of the work do you want to execute?
How much do you want Fusion to execute?

Your plan should reflect the right balance between your goals, budget, available time and commitment to growth.

  3. 03

    Build the Foundation

    Your network

Your Network = Your Net Worth

Once the plan is established, we begin putting the foundation in place.

For most agents, one of the most important starting points is building a strong database, especially your Sphere of Influence.

Fusion can help as much or as little as you need.

    • Import existing contacts
    • Combine contacts from multiple sources
    • Remove duplicates
    • Organize and categorize contacts
    • Identify missing information
    • Research and improve contact information
    • Build communication groups and audiences
  4. 04

Launch One Piece. Then Add the Next.

Do not wait for everything to be perfect before you begin communicating.

Branding and relationships take time. The sooner consistent communication begins, the sooner it can start creating future opportunities.

    Build it
    Schedule it
    Launch it
    Keep it running
    Add the next

We build the system brick by brick.

    Start with one marketing modality.

Get it built. Get it scheduled. Get it running. Then add the next.

The objective is to keep stacking the deck in your favor until you have an unfair advantage with the people you already know and the people you are trying to reach.

  5. 05

    Execute. Improve. Compound.

Building the system is only the beginning.

The real value comes from keeping it running.

Month after month, Fusion can help you:

    • Improve the quality of your database
    • Add more people to your database
    • Correct outdated or missing information
    • Create new marketing materials
    • Execute scheduled communications
    • Add additional marketing channels
    • Improve messaging
    • Increase exposure
    • Strengthen relationships
    • Identify opportunities
    • Improve the overall system

The objective is not a collection of disconnected marketing projects.

The objective is a system that continues creating future business.

The longer the system operates consistently, the greater the opportunity for the results to compound.

Choose who does the work

Use Your Time. Use Our People. Or Use Both.

Not every agent needs the same amount of help.

Some agents have more available time and want to execute much of the plan themselves. Others want Fusion to handle specific projects or recurring activities.

And some agents want Fusion to take responsibility for substantially more of the execution.

You execute

More Time Than Money

Fusion provides the technology, plan, systems, processes, templates and specialized support.

You take responsibility for more of the execution.

Use Fusion when you need additional expertise or capacity.

We execute together

Divide the Work

Some activities make sense for you to handle.

Others make more sense for Fusion to execute.

We divide the work based on your time, capabilities, priorities and resources.

You do what makes sense for you. We help with the rest.

Fusion executes more

More Money Than Available Time

Fusion can take responsibility for substantially more of the execution.

Our project managers and specialists can help create, organize, schedule and execute the recurring work required by your plan.

You Stay Focused on What Nobody Can Authentically Do for You.

One postcard will not build your business.

One email will not build your business.

One social media post will not build your business.

But a growing database of people who know you, receiving consistent communication across multiple channels while you continue strengthening those relationships over time, can.

That is the power of consistency compounded.

Just Start.

You do not need the perfect database.

You do not need the perfect marketing plan.

You do not need to build everything at once.

And you do not need to do everything yourself.

Start with what you need today. Build the system. Choose your pace. Decide where you want Fusion's help. Then continue adding to it as your business grows.

Standard Setup

What FGP Does Automatically.
What You Do.
How We Begin.

FGP project-manages the setup in a defined sequence. The agent is not expected to figure out what comes first, assemble the technology alone, or invent a marketing plan from scratch. The agent supplies access, information and timely approvals; FGP organizes and builds the foundation.

StepStandard SetupWhat FGP Does
1

Welcome Meeting & Technology Orientation

Orient the agent to Agent Services, explain how the program works, review the Fusion technology and software, and identify the information and access needed to complete setup.
2

Branding Foundation

Set up the basic branded materials needed for execution, including the video card, agent logo/broker logo placement and headshot so the marketing and website can be individualized consistently.
3

CRM + Initial Database Build

Pull and consolidate contacts from the existing CRM, phone, Gmail/Outlook, spreadsheets and other approved sources; combine lists, remove duplicates, standardize records, organize the information and import the initial database into the appropriate Fusion systems.
4

Database Classification

Work with the agent to identify and classify lead/contact types such as SOI, past client, open-house lead, sign-call lead, internet lead, expired lead and other categories so the database can support different follow-up and marketing routines.
5

Website Individualization & Launch

Purchase/save the custom URL, individualize the website, add the headshot and logos, create area/home-type video as appropriate, connect IDX, obtain approvals, create/sync custom-domain email and publish the site.
6

Home Wealth Setup

Set up Home Wealth and the related email process so the homeowner-value communication tool is ready to become part of the ongoing database plan.
7

Individual Growth System Plan

Build the agent-specific roadmap: business goal, database priorities, marketing theme, communication channels, initial projects, budget, pace, division of labor and the first 90-day execution priorities.

Agent Responsibilities During the Standard Setup

  • Attend the welcome/orientation meeting and provide the information needed to individualize the program.
  • Provide or approve headshot, logos, branding information, domain/website information and required system access.
  • Authorize the agreed contact sources and help FGP identify which people actually belong in the business database.
  • Review and approve database classifications, website materials and initial marketing direction without unnecessary delay.
  • Participate in the growth-plan conversation so the execution path reflects the agent's real goals, available time and available budget.

Everyone Starts Here.

The Four Execution Paths Begin After the Foundation Is Ready.

The engagement process gets the agent operational. The execution path determines what gets built next, who performs the recurring work, and how quickly additional business-development layers are added.

Standard Starting Schedule

Planning target: complete the core engagement setup in approximately 2 to 4 weeks when the agent provides access, information and approvals on time. IDX, domain, data quality, broker approvals or other third-party dependencies can extend the schedule. This is a setup target, not a promise of sales results.
